Buying a garment

Product descriptions, sizes, condition, currency and checkout totals form part of your order. Check your size and delivery address before paying. Secondhand and reworked items may show the wear described in the listing. Each dye is unique; colour and pattern may vary, and screens can display colours differently. This does not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from its description.

If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order. Our Shipping & return policy explains dispatch and cancellation.

Objects / Ritual Request

Objects contributions, including the 1 BTC gesture, voluntarily support Sad Age. They are not an order for a specific object and do not guarantee creation, delivery, a reply or any financial return. Contributions are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law, including in cases of an unauthorised payment or our failure to meet a legally binding obligation. Calling a payment a contribution does not remove any consumer rights that apply to its actual circumstances.

Bitcoin transfers cannot be reversed on the network. Check the amount, network and recipient before sending. Contact us about an incorrect transfer. No charitable status or tax deduction is represented.

Your messages and our work

Only submit content you have permission to share. Sending a personal story does not give us permission to publish it; we will ask separately. Site artwork, photographs and text may not be commercially reproduced without permission or another lawful basis.

Applicable rights

Israeli law applies, without removing mandatory protections available in your country of residence or your right to use a competent court. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms apply to future transactions, not retrospectively to an existing order.
