What we receive and why
When you buy, contact us or send a ritual request, we may receive your name, contact and delivery details, order and payment references, and the messages you choose to send. We use these to fulfil orders, handle requests, provide support, prevent abuse and keep records required by law. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot fulfil an order without the details needed to deliver it.
Objects and survey forms prepare a message in your browser. Reviewing a form does not send it to Sad Age. Following the WhatsApp link shares the prepared content with WhatsApp; you then choose whether to send the message. Avoid including sensitive information or another person's private details.
Services involved
The site is hosted through GitHub Pages, whose infrastructure may process IP addresses and request logs. Some pages request fonts from Google, which receives network information such as your IP address. Stripe handles card checkout; we do not receive your full card number. Our BTCPay Server handles Bitcoin invoices. Bitcoin transactions and their addresses are public blockchain records and cannot be deleted by Sad Age.
WhatsApp and Instagram process information when you use their services. Delivery providers receive the details needed to ship an order. These providers may process information outside your country, including in Israel, the EU and the US, under their own policies and applicable transfer rules. Optional analytics
Only after you accept analytics, pages that use them load Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity. These services analyse visits, devices and interactions; Clarity can provide session replays. They are not loaded on the Objects form. You may reject analytics or withdraw consent through Cookie settings. See our Cookie policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
Legal grounds and retention
Where applicable, we rely on performing a contract or taking requested steps before a contract, legal record-keeping duties, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and consent for optional analytics. We retain order and accounting records for applicable legal periods, and correspondence only while needed for the request, follow-up or a dispute. Provider records follow their own retention rules. We do not publish your personal story without separate permission.
Your choices and rights
Contact support@sadage.com to request access or correction, or deletion, restriction, portability or an objection where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the competent data-protection authority where you live.
