SadAge / 06 / Made for humans
Process
Existing bodies. New signs. Human hands.

From found to reworked
Nothing starts
from nothing.
SadAge works with secondhand garments, original graphics, handmade printing, dyeing and reworking. A piece passes through a sequence of decisions before it finds its next body.
Process preview / finished garments illustrate the stages. Workshop photos and films will follow.
Select
Start with an existing body.
Secondhand garments bring their own shape, wear and history. The selection becomes the starting point for the next version.

Compose
Find the place for a sign.
Prepare the graphic, consider scale and test its placement against pockets, seams and the way the garment hangs.

Print & rework
Leave room for the material.
Manual printing, dyeing, repair and reworking are part of SadAge’s practice. Each piece can follow a different combination of these processes.

Document
Keep a record.
Photograph the finished piece and record its details. The catalog preserves the result, including pieces that have already found a new owner.
